  • Do not use ParseCast for unlawful activity, abuse, evasion of limits, or rights infringement.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or service disruption.
  • You are responsible for compliant use of submitted URLs and generated audio output.

Accounts, plans, and billing

  • Some features require sign-in and may require a paid plan.
  • Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the platform storefront and billing provider.
  • Pricing and entitlement behavior may change as product offerings evolve.

Generated content and caching

  • Identical canonical URLs may resolve to cached episodes for consistency and performance.
  • Voice output and generation behavior can vary by provider constraints, cache behavior, and safety controls.
  • ParseCast may remove, block, or reprocess content to satisfy legal, moderation, or platform requirements.

Third-party dependencies

ParseCast relies on external services for infrastructure, AI generation, and platform commerce. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or removals outside ParseCast control.

Disclaimers and liability

  • The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParseCast is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the 12 months preceding a claim.
